| Abstract: | Different intensity load experiments have been carried out among top-level woman football players in the university determine the quantities of lactic acid by spectrophotometry.Characteristics and regularity of changes in the content of lactic acid in human urine by different training load are discussed.The paper provides scientific proof for the evaluation of football training intensity,proper arrangement of training load as well as appropriate achievement of physical ability restoration. |
