| 摘 要： | 本文采用乙醇浸泡提取制得浸膏,再将浸膏加水混悬后依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,制得各种提取物。其中石油醚层提取物占总量的50%以上,采用GC/MS对石油醚层进行分析,其主要成分为:亚麻酸乙酯,硬脂酸,正十九烷,亚麻酸甲酯,棕榈酸。

| Abstract: | The Fructus Xanthii was dipped in ethanol and gained its soak ointment,then water was added in the soak ointment which extracted by petroleum ether,Ethylacetate and n-Butanol,the petroleum ether accounts for 50% of total,analysis the petroleum ether by GC/MS,The results showed that the major components were Linoleic acid,ethyl ester,stearic acid,n-Nonacocane,Linoleic acid,methyl ester,Hexadecanoic acid. |
