功率型激光器的线性测量

摘    要:就SDL7432功率型半导体激光器的线性测量进行了讨论,依据线性测量的需要,设计了测量系统组成,并就各个组成部分进行了较详细的功能说明,利用最小二乘法对测量数据进行了线性曲线拟合。得出了SDL7432的线性测量曲线.对实验中可能出现的噪声干扰进行了分析,计算出各组数据的相对误差Er(最大相对误差为3.3%),结果表明,激光器输出光功率和接受器响应之间存在很好的线性关系。

Abstract:The linear measurement of SDL7432 power semiconductor laser has been discussed in this paper. According to the necessity of linear measurement, the ingredients of the measurement system have been designed and their functions have been described in detail. Further, the least square method has been applied to get linear curve fitting and the SDL7432 linear measurement curve has been given. Finally, possible noise interference in the test has been analysed and the relative errors E_r of the data have been calculated,in which the maximal relative error is 3.3%. The result indicates that the output optical power of the laser has good linear relationship with the receiver response.
