| 摘 要： | 以往的供应链模型大多集中于职能设置和基于新技术新理论的管理模型。在产品生命周期理论基础上,建立了基于产品生命周期的供应链管理对策模型,它对现实市场中企业的高效运作有一定的实际意义。

| Abstract: | The supply chain models in the past mostly concentrated on function setting up and management model based on the new theory and the new technology. Based on the theory of life cycle of products, the supply chain manage countermeasure model dependent on life cycle of products is set up, it has certain practical meanings to high-efficient operation of enterprises in realistic market. |
