摘    要:轮胎是汽车的关键部件,轮胎的模态参数反映其本质特性。用模态参数研究轮胎特性是合理的新方法,按照这一思路研究轮胎与地面的静态接触问题(静态对应于零频率),探讨其可行性。平面内轮胎模型被分成胎体和胎冠,由试验模态参数构成的传递函数表示胎体特性;弹性常数表示胎冠特性。将印迹离散为足够小的单元,地面的垂直反力和摩擦力是对轮胎的输入,在给定垂直静载荷下,采用迭代算法确定压力分布和胎体变形,理论的压力分布规律和数值都符合实际,证明可以用试验模态参数研究轮胎力学。

Abstract:Tire is a crucial part of car. Tire modal parameters describe its inherent characteristics. To investigate tire mechanics using modal parameters is a new and reasonable way. According to this thought, this paper probes into tire static contact with ground (static state is corresponding to 0 frequency) to find the feasibility of the thought. The in plane tire model is divided into carcass and tread. Transfer functions composed of experimental modal parameters describe the characteristics of carcass; and elastic constant describes that of tread. Contact patch is separated into sufficiently small elements. Vertical reacting forces and friction forces from ground are regarded as input to tire. Iterative algorithm is used to determine pressure distribution and carcass deformation under given static vertical load. Theoretical pressure distribution pattern and value well accord with reality. It is proved that experimental modal parameters can be adopted in investigating tire mechanics.
