用随机过程分析方法研究牙轮钻头轴承载荷

STUDY 0F THE LOAD ON THE JOURNAL BEARINGS OF THE TRLCONE BIT BY THE METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF THE RANDOM PROCESS

In this paper we have introduced a new method of measuring the radial loads on both big and small journal bearings and axial loads on the bearing thrust of the bit under steady or dynamic load. Using this method .we performed a series of experiments with the .bit made of real cone on our test stand .We have obtained some data with the second cone of the bit of 8 XHP 5 -3 type under dynamic loads, 0n the basis of these data we concentrated on how to study the loads on journal bearings with the help of harmonic and statistical analysis, Besides, we have found out that analysis of the density of the power spectrum is an important method of studying the load on the journal bearings and the tooth face structure of different cones.At the end of this paper we have discussed the results of our experiments，made to study the change of the load distribution on each bearing when the second thrust is on load.
