三牙轮钻头轴承受力分析

摘    要:本文叙述了我室研究三牙轮滑动轴承钻头,其轴承受力分析时所用到的“试验钻头”的特点,该试验钻头是按四川石油局成都石油总机厂生产的XHP 215zy-3型钻头基本参数设计并制造的、通过试验,获得了一组记录曲线,经整理并计算出了各牙轮轴大小滑动轴承的径向和轴向负荷,以及各牙轮的载荷分配百分比。数据处理结果说明试验钻头设计是成功的,各种载荷随时间而变化的记录曲线是可靠的。同时还开展了人为地变化牙轮高度对轴承受力影响的试验,最后提出了我们对该型钻头现有设计中几点讨论意见。

Abstract:The characteristic features of an experimental bit are related.The experimental bit is the main equipment used in studying the forces to which the journal bearings of the tricone bit are subjected.The experi-mental bit is designed according to the basic parameters ofXHP215ZY-3 type bit produced by the Chengdu Petroleum General Machinery-Building Plant of The Sichuan Petroleum Industry Administration.Throughexperiments a set of curves are recorded.The radial and axial loads onthe big and small journal bearings of each cone are obtained,and theload distribution percentages on the cones and bearings are calculated.The result of data processing has proved the design of the experimentalbit to be successful and the recorded curves of load variations with timeto be reliable.Meantime, the experiments concerning the influence ofvertical relative positions of cones on their bearing loads are described.At the end of this paper, several opinions on the present design of thistype of bit are put forward.
