负前角硬质合金齿轮滚刀齿形精度保持性的研究

摘    要:负前角硬质合金齿轮滚刀具有曲线刀刃,提高其齿形精度保持性比具有直线刀刃的普通齿轮滚刀更复杂、更困难。针对负前角硬质合金齿轮滚刀齿侧面铲磨畸变的特点,提出了一种使用新型凸轮曲线的变K值铲磨工艺,并优化设计了相应的新型变K值凸轮,在生产中进行了实验验证。该工艺具有操作简单、使用方便、精度稳定等优点。

Abstract:As the carbide gear hob with negative rake angle is of the curve edge, it is more complicated and difficult to increase the accuracy life of the tooth profile of this kind of hob than that of the standard gear hob with straight edge. According to the distortion characters of relief grinding the flank of this kind of hob, a new relief grinding technology using a new kind of cam with varied value K has been presented. The cam has been designed optimally and tested in production. The new technology is of some advantages such as simple operation, convenient usage and steady accuracy.
