| Abstract: | Based on Advanced Public Transportation System, the paper studies the optimizing method of transit dispatching problem. After analyzing the factors affecting the general costs from the aspects of vehicles' operation and users' travel (behavior,) the paper develops an optimizing model, designs the corresponding algorithm and gives an applied example. |
