摘    要:对番薯大、小孢子、胚与胚乳的发育和结构的观察结果如下:1.胚囊的发育属蓼型;胚乳的发育属核型;小孢子的发育属同时型.2.用孚尔根核染色反应处理DNA的变化:小孢子母细胞的核是鲜紫红色,细胞质无色;当发育至四分体时,其核无色或为淡紫红色;及至成熟时,小孢子的核为紫红色,其细胞质为无色;大孢子母细胞及大孢子的核均呈紫红色,围于各核的四周有一白亮圈.3.胚珠倒生,具单层珠被.4.小孢子的发育比大孢子为早.

Abstract:The megaspore,microspre, mbcyo and cndosperm development and structure of the sweetpotato(Ipomoes batatas)are observed and the results are as follows: 1.The development of embryo sac belongs to the polygoum type; devlopment of nuclei endosperm to the nuclear type; and the development of micrespore to the simultaneous type.2.The treatment with Feulgen reaction shows that the DNA of undergo the following change: The nuclei of microspore mother cells are of fresh purply red color and the protoplasms are colorless; while the development is at the tetrad perited, the nuclei arc colorless or dim purply red color;while the development is the ripe peried, the nucleus of microspore is of purpty red color and the protoplasm is colorless; the nuctei of megaspore mother cells and megaspore are both of parply red color. Surrounding each nucfeus there is a wkite bright ring. 3. The cvule is auatropous and with mocointegument.4. The development of microspore is carler than that of the megaspore
