| 摘 要： | 病原菌菌株对放射土壤杆菌K—84产生的细菌素敏感。但各菌株间敏感性的强弱不一。用K—84在温室对番茄做生防试验表明。以1:1(拮抗菌:病原菌的)比例混合接种在番茄上。敏感性强的致病菌株不产生瘿瘤。而敏感性弱的菌株需用2:1才不产生瘿瘤。

| Abstract: | The pathogenic Agrobactera isolates were sensitive to Agrocin 84 Pro-duced by A. radiobacter K-84,but sensitivity varied in some extent among isolates. Biological control tests with K-84 on tomoto plants in greenh-ouse showed that the isolates with strong sensitivity gave no gall produc-ton on tomoto at 1 : 1 (antagonist : Pathogen) ratio while the isola tes with weak senitivity showed no gall production at 2 :1 ratio. |
