减水剂对掺电石渣水泥强度与结构影响的研究

摘    要:探讨不同掺量的减水剂对掺电石渣水泥强度与结构的影响.结果表明:当w电石渣掺量为5%时,掺入减水剂会使掺电石渣水泥的早期强度有所下降.当w电石渣掺量大于20%时,掺入减水剂可消除水泥的凝聚现象,大大提高水泥的流动性,降低硬化水泥浆体的孔隙率,明显提高掺电石渣水泥的早期强度,且水灰比越低,减水剂的增强效果越强.本试验中w减水剂的最佳掺量为0.75%.减水剂的掺入对掺电石渣水泥的后期强度影响不大.

Abstract:The effect of the content of water reducing agent on the strength and structure of the cement mixed with calcium carbide sludge were investigated.The results show that when the content of calcium carbide sludge is 5%,the early strength of cement mixed with calcium carbide sludge is reduced by adding water reducing agent to cement.When the content of calcium carbide sludge is more than 20%,coagulation phenomenon of the cement is disappear so that flowability of the cement is improved obviously but porosity of the hardened cement paste is decreased and the early strength of cement mixed with calcium carbide sludge is increased obviously by adding water reducing agent to cement.When water cement ratio is lower,reinforcing efficiency of water reducing agent is remarkable.The best content of the water reducing agent is 0.75% in this experiment.The content of water reducing agent has little influence on the late age strength of cement mixed with calcium carbide sludge.
