| 摘 要： | 文章在分析宁波民营企业对外直接投资现状的基础上,运用计量分析方法构建绩效评价模型。利用月度时间序列数据,运用回归分析方法进行综合评价,进而提出制约宁波民营企业对外直接投资绩效的影响因素,并有针对性地提出对策措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the situation of outward direct investments from private enterprises in Ningbo with the model of performance evaluation and quantitative analysis method was adopted.It also analyzed the monthly time series data in order to evaluate performance of outward direct investment and those restricting factors.Therefore,the countermeasures were suggested in the conclusion part. |
