| 摘 要： | 船舶燃油污染是海洋环境污染损害的重要表现形式,为保证对船舶燃油污染损害及时得到合理的赔偿,我国已加入《燃油公约》.研究并明确该公约的适用范围,该公约的主要内容以及该公约下强制保险及《燃油证书》等问题,分析并明确公约在我国的适用以及强制保险的数额两个问题,具有十分迫切的理论与现实的意义.
