Abstract:In this paper,goal programming model of optimized macro-allocation of grain post-harvest in Zhejiang Province is set up,and MPGP algorithm is used in solution. In the course of solution. subsystem of building data files and subsystem of computing and printing LGP model are set up separately,so the scale of solving goal programming problems in micro-computer is widened.Potentialities and weak links of the allocation of facilities. the future direction of tech-nological development and investment could be determined through analysing results. And macroscopic decision basis for improving and developing grain post-harvest system is suggest-ed.
