| Abstract: | The nonhomogenous boundary value problems y″=q(t)f(t,y), y(0)=a>0, y′(1)=0 are cosidered. For the case of q(t)f(t,y)0, q may be singular at t=0 and f may be singular at y=0, some results of existence and nonexistence for the positive solutions have been given. |
