一种采样瓶定位控制系统的设计

摘    要:为了提高农业用地水文及水土保持的监测水平,分析农药或化肥的使用情况,需要采集降雨径流中的水样进行检测.在降雨径流采样器的收集端设计了一套采样瓶定位控制系统,以STM32芯片为控制单元,利用位置传感器,通过设定PWM脉冲数来控制直流电机带动旋转盘,每单次采样转动的角度为15°,采样器在每采集满一个样本后能够自动切换采样瓶继续进行下一次定位,保证24个采样瓶在定位后喷水插嘴能够插入瓶盖孔内进行灌瓶.通过实验验证,采样瓶的定位控制系统设计自动化程度好,可靠性与准确度高,能够实现定位后顺利灌瓶,与传统人工实地定点采样相比,显然节省了大量的人力物力.

Abstract:In order to improve the monitoring level of hydrology and soil and water-and-soil conservation of agricultural land, and to analyze the usage of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, we need to collect water samples from rainfall runoff for testing.In this paper, the system is designed by the STM32 chip as control unit, and takes advantage of the position sensor and the PWM pulses to control DC motor to drive the rotating disk.Every single sample rotation Angle is 15°.After full a sample of the sampler in each collection, it will automatically switch sample bottles to continue the next orientation.To ensure the nozzles of 24 sampling bottles after positioning can be inserted into the cap of sampling bottle for irrigating.By experimental verification, the design of positioning control system of sampling has the traits of automation, reliability and high accuracy, which can irrigate successfully after positioning.Compared with the traditional artificial fixed-point sampling on the spot, it obviously saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
