| 摘 要： | 在博弈框架下对司法部门和环境犯罪行为者之间的惩治--破坏行为机理进行了分析,依据不 同的假设前提,建立了单阶段和多阶段的博弈模型,得出了博弈双方的均衡战略及关键因素对博弈均衡的影 响,并据此提出了惩治和控制环境犯罪的对策建议。
