| 摘 要： | 在电子商务环境下，国外先后出现了一些基于Internet开发的电子支付工具和应用系统，通过对国外现行电子支付方式之一的现金交易过程的研究，分析了电子现金支付的特点及存在的问题，认为电子现金支付方式在中国有着巨大的市场潜力，应采取有力措施推进它的应用进程。

| Abstract: | With the development of Electronic Commerce (EC),some implements of electronic payment and applicable systems that are based on the Internet have appeared abroad.By the help of the detailed study of electronic cash transaction process,which is prevailing overseas,we analyze the electronic cash characteristics and problems unsolved.We find that electronic cash payment has a large potential market in China,so we suggest adopting important measures to carry forward its application. |
