| 摘 要： | 分析了螺旋分级机主轴断裂的原因，提出了用空心轴断裂处内径加衬套的方法进行修复的方案，指出该修复工艺完全满足质量要求，经1年多的使用效果良好。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the causes of the fracture of spiral classifi er's Mainshaft, puts forward a renovation scheme of adding a bush at the inner d iameter of the fracture of the hollow shaft, and points out that this renovating technique satisfy the quality requirements completely, and its one-year's serv ice results are good. |
