| 摘 要： | 针对越南广宁热电厂一期工程2×300MW机组锅炉钢管排安装及其焊接施工中的实际问题,阐述了施工前的考量因素;从管排组装、焊口组对、焊接工艺、检测等方面提出了实施方案;解决了合理组装管排、缩短吊装时间、堵绝焊接死口、避免焊口返修以及管排过烧现象等施工难题。为确保工程进度和机组的安全运行奠定了基础。
