基于沉淀数据的科技成果评价研究--以浙江省为例

运用比较分析方法，从成果数量、来源和水平状况及人才（成果完成人）和机构（完成单位）构成等方面，对浙江省科技成果进行了评价分析，展示了浙江省科技成果现状，并从政策引导、数据挖掘等方面提出建议，为提升成果数据分析水平、科技成果推广转化、产业结构调整提供基础支撑。

Study on the Evaluation of the Sci-tech Achievements Based on Sedimentary Data---Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

By using the comparative analysis, this paper makes the evaluation and analysis on sci-tech achievements of Zhejiang Province from aspects of the number,source, and level of the achievements, and the constitution of the talents （achievements completers） and the institutions （achievements completing units）, and puts forward some suggestions from aspects of the policy guidance,and data mining, etc.for enhancing the level of achievements data analysis and providing basic support for sci-tech achievements transformation and industrial structure adjustment.
