| 摘 要： | 科技查新工作是一项复杂的脑力劳动，高校科技查新员成为职业倦怠的高发人群。从社会、职业、工作和个体4个方面，分析了高校科技查新员职业倦怠的成因，从提高个人素养、建立科学有效的激励机制两个方面，探讨了缓解科技查新员职业倦怠的对策。

| Abstract: | Sci-tech novelty retrieval is a complex mental work. The sci-tech novelty retrieval staffs in colleges and universities have become a high-risk group of job burnout. From four aspects of society, occupation,work and individual, this paper analyzes the reasons of the job burnout of the sci-tech novelty retrieval staffs in colleges and universities , and from two aspects of improving the personal quality and establishing the scientific and effective incentive mechanism , probes into the countermeasures for relieving the job burnout of the sci-tech novelty retrieval staffs. |
