摘    要:根据丹江口水库和汉江下游基本情况以及“最不利、最可能”原则,提供了丹江口水库可能发生溃坝的4种典型方案,并根据这些方案进行丹江口水库溃坝洪水的流量过程分析和洪水演进分析,探讨洪水流量变化及其到达下游重要城镇的时间,为下游的防洪减灾决策提供支持.

Abstract:For the purpose of decision-making support on flood control and hazard reduction in the lower Hanjiang River, this paper first presents the introduction to the Danjiangkou Reservoir and the lower Hanjiang River; then, based on the principle of "Most possible, Most dangerous", four schemes for dam failure of Danjiangkou Reservoir have been made out; next, the flooding processes for these schemes have been modeled by using a 1-D and 2-D joint mathematic model; finally, the main factors have been further analyzed that includes both the discharge variation and the flood arriving time in the important towns or cities along the lower Hanjiang River.
