| 摘 要： | 运用系统自组织理论，分析了企业的自组织特性：企业的开放性、非平衡性、能动性、非线性及涨落性；提出了我国企业自组织管理存在的问题；并进一步探讨了企业的自组织性对我国企业管理的要求，指出企业必须创新以增强对环境的适应性。

| Abstract: | The corporation' s self-organizing characters, such as opening, not equilibrium, initiative, nonlinearity and instability, were analyzed by applying system' s self-organization theory. Then, the problems of our country in corporation' s self- organization management were pointed out. Lastly, its requirements for management of self-organization characters were mentioned, and it is put forward that the enterprise must innovate in order to strengthen the adaptability to environment. |
