花生黄曲霉与其他寄生真菌的种群及动态分析

摘    要:对鲁花14,花育16,白沙,花37等四个花生品种不同生育时期籽仁、果壳、根部、果针等部位寄生真菌的种类进行了初步鉴定。共鉴定出8个真菌类型,其中黄曲霉菌(AspergillusflavusLink)、镰刀菌(Fusariumspp.)、桑卷担菌(Helicobasidiummompa)、青霉菌(Penicilliumspp.)、黑曲霉菌(Aspergillusniger)等为主要真菌。表现在不同品种各部位间分布广、带菌量高,持续时间长。其中,青霉菌在籽仁中的带菌率最高,镰刀菌在果针中的带菌率最高,桑卷担菌在根和果壳中的带菌率最高。不同品种的花生黄曲霉感染率有所差异。鲁花14的黄曲霉带菌率最低,花育16、白沙、花37的带菌率较高。

Abstract:The eight isolates of fungi,including Aspergillus flavus Link,Fusarium spp.,Helicobasidum mompa,Penicillium spp.and Aspergillus niger,were collected from root,shell,peduncle,kernel of groundnut growing in different stages.Penicillium spp. was mainly in kernel,Fusarium spp. was mainly in peduncle and Hellosticobasidum mompa Tanaka Jacz was in root and shell.The present experiment showed that the infective rate of Aspergillum was different between varieties.The rate of isolate of Aspergillum in variety LuHua 14 was the lowest and that in variety Huayu 16,Hua 37 and Bai Sha was comparatively higher.
