空气测定tM的误差与柱温和固定液极性的关系

摘    要:通过实验得到在气相色谱热导池检测器上采用空气作为惰性物质测定其死时间 t M,在一定的温度范围内 ,它引入的误差随色谱柱温度的升高而减小 ;其误差的对数与色谱柱温度的倒数(1 / T )有着较好的线性关系 ;还随固定液极性的增加而减小 ;这些现象从理论上得到了满意的解释

Abstract:It is a summary of an experiment, adopting air as inert carrier to measure dead time t M on the katharometer, deviation produced by which decreases as column temperature rises at a certain temperatue perimeter logarithm of the deviatioin has a fairly line relationship with reciprocal of column temperature (1/T), the deviation also decreases as polarity of stationary liquid rises; and also a satisfactory elucidation in theory is obtained.
