SBR工艺处理焦化废水的可行性研究

摘    要:针对焦化废水难处理这一难题,引入 SBR工艺(反应期缺氧/好氧相结合)来处理焦化废水,试验结果表明,利用 SBR工艺处理焦化废水是可行的.在试验中还考察了 SBR工艺的运行方式、曝气时间、污泥负荷等对 COD、氨氮的去除效果.结果表明,进水 COD为 650~ 1 900 mg/L,氨氮为 150~ 330 mg/L时 ,去除率分别达到 80%和 70%以上.经技术经济分析,每吨水处理费用约为 1.3元.

Abstract:Using sequencing batch reactor (SBR) to treat coke wastewater wasconducted. The study mainly focused the influence on the efficiency of COD of SBR process as well as the influence on the efficiency of removal rate of COD and NH3-N exerted by pH,aeration time and impact load .The result showed that the removal efficiency of COD reached 87%,NH3-N reached 70% when influent COD was 600~1900 mg/L,NH3-N 150~330 mg/L.
