| 摘 要： | 西安电信实业公司的核心业务主要是工程设计施工、酒店及物业管理、商品销售主业代购、虚拟运营和租赁。本文应用核心能力／战略杠杠综合分析模型，并应用AHP和综合分析矩阵等方法获得了五个主要核心业务的战略定位，并提出了相应的经营建议。

| Abstract: | The core business of Xi'an Telecom Enterprise are engineering design & implementation,hotel and property management,procurement agent,virtual operation and renting.This paper concludes the strategy position of these five core businesses by applying a relative analytical model of core competence/strategy leverage,AHP and relative analytical matrix.And also,suggestions on business development are proposed based on it. |
