| Abstract: | The paper points out some problems in the experimental and technical teams of independent colleges, such as the irrational structure of the experimental and technical teams, the insufficient quantity of the personnel and the instability of the teams. The solutions to these problems are to have a scientific and reasonable designated staff, to improve the professional skills of the experimental and technical personnel, to arouse their motivation for their work, and to realize the self-improvement. |
