| Abstract: | This paper mainly expounds four problems existing in the novelty retrieval,which include the function of mandator of the novelty retrieval in the novelty retrieval,the utilization of the corresponding summarizing documents relate to the novelty retrieval subject,the novelty retrieval for the subject establishment,and the improvement of the quality of the novelty retrievers,for the purpose of further increasing the level of sci-tech novelty retrieval and providing the beneficial guarantee for the sci-tech works. |
