摘    要:为快速准确实现电网故障诊断,依据故障元件与保护器和断路器的动作关系,将电网故障诊断问题表示为使目标函数最小化的0-1整数规划问题,利用组合型交叉熵算法求该问题的最优解,并给出了该算法的具体计算步骤,可成功识别电网故障元件。在测试系统上对多起故障情况进行模拟测试,结果表明故障诊断结论全部正确,进一步说明应用组合型交叉熵算法的电网故障诊断具有一定的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:Aimed at a quicker and more accurate diagnosis of fault in power networks, this paper defines power networks fault diagnosis as a 0 - 1 integer programming problem minimizing the objective function, depending on the action relationship among fault elements, protective relays and circuit break- ers, gives the optimal solution by using the combinatorial cross entropy algorithm, and features the con- crete step of algorithm capable of an accurate identification of fault elements. The repeated simulations of faults using test system show that conclusions produced by the proposed method are correct, a verifi- cation that combinatorial cross-entropy allows an effective and accurate diagnose of fault in power net- works.
