吉布提芒果害虫壮铗普瘿蚊研究初报

摘    要:自2009年以来,非洲吉布提芒果树上暴发壮铗普瘿蚊.针对壮铗普瘿蚊在吉布提的发生、危害、部分生物学特性和化学防治进行初步研究.在吉布提,壮铗普瘿蚊发生最严重的地区为Damerjog的总统农场和Alisabieh的Wea将军农场.壮铗普瘿蚊以虫瘿寄生芒果叶片,造成叶片卷缩、变形,影响光合作用和植物的生长.该虫在吉布提1a发生6代,一个世代(45±2)d.在热季5月份温度达到40℃时,以幼虫和蛹在虫瘿里休眠.乐斯本1 000倍+有机硅、三氟氯氰菊酯1 000倍+有机硅混合液对壮铗普瘿蚊的室内防效分别为93.33%和95.87%,但其在果园对壮铗普瘿蚊的防效分别为50.17%、38.25%,远低于室内防效.

Abstract:Procoontarinia robusta, one kind of pest of the mango trees outbreaks in Djibouti of Africa since 2009. In the present study, the occurences, hazards, biological characters, and chemical control of P. robusta in Djibouti were investigated. In Djibouti, the two biggest areas occurring P. robusta were Presidential Farm in Damerjog and Wea General Farm in Alisabieh. P. robusta caused serious damage to mango trees by emerging of gall midge, curling, distortion and lowering the photosynthesis of the leaves. P. robusta took place six generations one year in Djibouti and the mean duration for one generation was 45 ± 2 days. When the temperature reached 40 ℃ in hot season of May, the larvae and pupae of P. robusta stayed dormant in the gall. The indoor controlling effects of 1 000× lorsban plus silicone and 1 000 × cyhalothrin plus silicone to P. robusta were 93. 33% and 95. 87%, respectively. While, their controlling effects to P. robusta were 50.17% and 38. 25%, respectively, in the orchard, and were lower than those of indoor.
