胶囊内窥镜主动控制研究

摘    要:提出一种新的基于单片机的手持式机构,用于主动控制磁性螺旋型胶囊内窥镜,详细介绍了手持式机构对胶囊内窥镜的主动控制原理、组成结构、软件流程及其在猪小肠内的离体实验.实验结果表明,利用手持式机构主动控制胶囊内窥镜在肠道内运动的方法是可行和有效的,该方法操作简单,性价比高于其他方法.

Abstract:A novel handheld actuator, based on single chip microcomputer(SCM), was proposed to actively control the magnetic spiral-type capsule endoscope. The principle of the actuator's control to the capsule endoscope, structure of the actuator, software flow, the ex vivo experiments in porcine small intestine, were introduced in detail. The experimental results indicated that the method, using the actuator to actively control the capsule endoscope's motion in intestine, was feasible and effective. Moreover, the method was easy to operate and with higher performance to price ratio than any other method.
