影响油田采出液油水界面膜稳定性因素的研究

摘    要:油田三次采油中二元复合驱(一般是石油磺酸盐和聚丙烯酰胺)技术的使用,在提高采出液中含油量的同时,也使油井采出液的破乳脱水变得复杂,而破乳脱水的效率与油水界面膜的稳定性密切相关,探索影响油水界面膜稳定性的因素对于三次采油生产中的破乳脱水具有重要理论指导意义.本文中利用Langmuir技术研究了油相中的石油磺酸盐以及水相中的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、pH值、无机盐对油水界面膜稳定性的影响.结果表明,随着油相中石油磺酸盐浓度的增大,界面膜稳定性增大;水相中部分水解HPAM在较高浓度时,界面膜稳定性下降,进一步升高浓度,界面膜稳定性不变;而水相的pH值偏高或偏低以及无机盐的存在都会使界面膜的稳定性增大.

Abstract:The surfactant-polymer flooding, which can enhance the oil content of produced fluid in oil field, makes the demulsification of produced fluid complicated. Moreover, the efficiency of demulsification is closely related with the stability of oil-water interfacial film. Therefore, study of the effects on the stability of oil-water interfacial film is of significant importance in efforts to improve the efficiency of demulsification. Herein, the influence of factors such as petroleum sulfonate in the oil phase, partially hydrolyzed HPAM, inorganic salt and pH in the aqueous phase on the stability of oil water interracial film were investigated through Langmuir technology. The results showed that with the increasing of petroleum sulfonate concentration, the stability of interfacial film was enhanced; partially hydrolyzed HPAM could decrease the stability of interfacial film at a relatively high concentration; a high or low pH and the presence of inorganic salt could improve the stability of interfacial film.
