| 摘 要： | 始于上世纪七十年代的计划生育政策,通过几十年来的严格执行,很好的控制了我国人口过快增长的势头,从根本上保障了我国经济建设的伟大成果,所以说在我国计划生育政策是一项需要长期坚持的基本国策。随着第一代计划生育夫妇在不久的将来就要进入老年,老年保障问题逐渐显现,如何切实保障他们的老年生活是个迫切需要解决的问题。本文分别从政策角度、经济角度和法律角度分析了我国农村计划生育与养老保障的关系,并提出相关法律建议。
