正常组儿童(4岁~8岁)多导程图形视觉诱发电位的研究

摘    要:应用MVTIII型16 导视觉诱发电位仪和相应的软件包,全视野检测了100 名年龄在4 岁~8 岁之间视功能正常儿童5 个空间频率下单眼,以及3 个空间频率下双眼的14 导PVEP,得到该年龄段视功能正常儿童后八导PVEP的N1、P1、N2 的潜伏期随空间频率增加而增加.左右眼PVEP的有关参数值无显著区别;女性儿童PVEP的振幅略高于男性,潜伏期略短于男性.PVEP电位地形图基本呈左右对称分布.

Abstract:P VEP were recorded with MVT III instrument under monocular and bionocular viewing conditions in 100 children with normal visual acuity and aged from 4 to 8. The standard values of latencies of N1, P1, N2 and the amplitude of N1 P1 were from those children. The latencies decreased while the amplitude increased as spatial frequency increased. No statistically significant difference was found in the latencies and amplitudes between the left and right eyes, but the amplitudes of females were slightly higher than those of males, and the latencies of females are shorter than those of males. Topography of P VEP shows symmetry in distribution of isopotential lines.
