离心泵性能测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:本文介绍了该离心泵性能测试系统的测试原理及测试过程,给出了该系统硬件电路的方案设计,将计算机硬件接口电路与数字电路相结合,以实现离心泵性能检测控制的目的。系统的软件设计包括3部分:数据采集程序;数据处理程序;绘性能曲线并实现打印、打印预览程序。

Abstract:The system of measuring the centrifugal pump' s performance, designed in this paper, is realized by using VC6. The design concerns the knowledge of computer hardware and software o The part of hardware detects three analog signals and one data signal, and also controls one analog signal . The part of Software take charge of converting the collected data into the needed parameters, saving them as data files and drawing three parameter-flux plots, it can also realize printing and print-preview.
