2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血脂异常分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并冠心病与血脂异常的关系。方法收集常熟市中医院老年康复中心2004年3月至2005年10月住院病人中2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者共77例,从本中心健康体检者中选取35例作为正常对照组(Ⅲ组),测定血脂水平并进行比较。结果Ⅰ组糖尿病合并心肌梗死组血浆甘油三酯(TG)、血浆总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显升高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)显著降低,与Ⅱ组无心肌梗死组相比,差异显著(P<0.01),与Ⅲ组正常对照组相比较血TG水平升高,HDL降低(P<0.01)。结论TG升高及HDL的降低是2型糖尿病合并冠心病等心血管疾病发生、发展的主要危险因素。

A study to dyslipidemia in the patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease

Objective: To explore the relationship between type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and dyslipidemia.Methods: Seventy-seven patients cf type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were selected from Chinese traditional hospital cf changshu.Furthermore,35 subjects with normal heart and blood-glucose were collected as normal control group.The level of serum total triglyceridem(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),Apoprotein A(ApoA),Apoprotein B(ApoB) were measured.Results: The level of serum TG.HDL.ApoB was higher,the level of HDL and ApoA lower,in the group of DM complicated with AMI.Conclusions: The higher level of serum LDL?TG and the lower level of HDL are the two major important risk factors of cardiovascular complications in type 2diabetes.
