尼龙—6单丝透明性与结构关系

摘    要:用于本实验的三种单丝加工方法对尼龙-6单丝结晶度的影响,差别不大。尼龙-6单丝的透明度主要取决于其表层的微晶尺寸与分布。表皮结晶层愈厚,丝的透明度就愈小;反之,则愈大,透明剂PAT能够有效消除水对尼龙-6生成球晶的诱导作用,使其基本上不生成表皮结晶层,因此单丝最透明。而碱液丝只能在较大程度上克服水的诱导球晶效应,所以其透明效果不如透明剂PAT好。

Abstract:Under the conditions of different coagulating baths and transparency agent added, the relationship between transparency, size and distributiopn of crystallites in the surface layer of Nyion-6 filament was studied. Some results were obtained as follows: The three different processing methods used in this paper have a little effect on the crystallinity of the filament. The transparency of Nylon-6 filament is profoundly depended on the size and distribution of crystallites in the surface layer of the filament. The more thin the crystallized surface layer is, the more transparent is the filament. The tansparency agent PAT is more effective than alkaline solution to reduce the induction of spherulite formation in Nylon-6 by water in order to make the filament more transparent
