| 摘 要： | 新贸易壁垒在世界范围内将长期存在并给我国带来一定影响。为应对新贸易壁垒,处于经济转型时期的我国政府部分经济职能的转变势在必行,这些职能主要有:强化战略规划职能,制定产业政策引导职能,建立贸易救济机制的经济职能,加强反新贸易壁垒对策研究,积极参与国际经济事务的协调职能,建立和完善新贸易壁垒的预警机制的经济职能等。

| Abstract: | The new trade barrier will exist worldwide for a long time and will bring some effects on our country.It is inevitable to change partial government economic functions of our country against the new trade barrier during the economical transitional period.These functions mainly include reinforcement of strategy plan,instruction of formulating industrial policies,economic function of establishing trade remedies mechanism,new trade barrier countermeasure research,coordination function in international affairs,building up and perfecting the alert mechanism of new trade and so on. |
