| 摘 要： | 基于人的个性发展而实施的个性教育活动，在不同历史时期其内涵和主题得到不断丰富和拓展；当代个性教育的核心主题无疑是对个体的创造性教育和培养，这与高等教育的本质要求内在一致，顺应了时代的要求和呼唤；因此，高校必须转变教育观念，尊重个性，因材施教，实施个性教育，创设适宜的教育教学环境，构建既有利于大学生个性发展又有利于其创新能力培养的教育教学体系及其体制，是培养大学生创新能力的现实选择。

| Abstract: | Individuality Education, which is based on the implementation of the individuality development, is enriched and developed with the times in its theme and contents. The core topic of current Individuality Education is to cultivate the individual creativity, which is the essential requirements of higher education, and the requirements of the times. Therefore, colleges and universities must change their concepts of education, respect for individuality, implement Individuality Education, create appropriate educational environment, construct a education system and mechanism to help students build individuality. This is a reahstic option for building the university students＇ creative capacity. |
