热带果蔬常温化学保鲜剂的研究

摘    要:以天然高分子物质甲壳素为基本组分,研制出了适用于热带果蔬在海南湿热气候条件下常温保鲜的CH-I喷涂型保鲜剂.该制剂对芒果、黄瓜、青椒、番茄等无绿叶瓜菜一般都有明显的保鲜效果.经喷涂的芒果在室温条件下,普通库房存放可以使成熟期延长一倍.黄瓜、青椒等品种也可延长存储期3~5d.果蔬的失水率明显降低,比不喷涂的对照样品大约低50%.该制剂喷涂方法简单易行,十分适合于农民田间地头或果蔬储运部门在库房现场操作.尤其是在不具备冷藏条件的单位和用户,若采用该喷涂型保鲜剂,可以得到更加明显的效益.

Abstract:A formla of CH -I coating agent which is an effective chemical for some tropical vegetavles and fruits fresh conserving was studied in laboratory. Chitosamine is the basic component in this formula.CH - I has an evident effection for mango, green pepper, cucumber and tomato. CH-I coating can prolong the storing time of above vegetables and fruits from 3 or 5 days to about 10 dsys at summer room temperature. lt also can reduce the water loss so that the vegetables and fruits kept fresh. Chitosamine is a natural polymer and easy abstracted from some kinds of sea food. This chemical has no pollution and untoxic. It is especially convenient in use for individual farmers.
