| 摘 要： | 对传统的微量结晶法作了改进：（1）用毛细管和EP管代替微量提取器，并使用水浴加热取代酒精灯加热提取；（2）用烘箱烘烤代替酒精灯间歇加热。新方法的优点：方法更加简洁，易于操作，节省时间，特别适于处理较多标本；结果更加可靠，避免了人为因素对结果造成的干扰。

| Abstract: | An improvement on microcrystal test （MCT） is performed, in which we employ capillary and Ep instead of micro-extraction ones, and oven instead of intermittent heating with an alcohol lamp. The new approach is simpler and easier to manipulate, especially for specimens in botches. It can aslo avoid the human interference in the results of MCT. |
