冰激动载荷下自升式平台桩腿结构的安全评估

摘    要:为了保证自升式平台冬季在冰区海域安全作业,应对桩腿结构在动冰载作用下的强度进行评估。应用ANSYS软件建立自升式平台和冰相互作用的仿真计算模型,实现了自升式平台结构的冰激瞬态动力分析,提出冰激动载荷下平台桩腿的静强度和疲劳强度校核的计算流程。对渤海某自升式钻井平台桩腿进行了强度校核,计算出不同海冰参数下平台桩腿的冰激疲劳损伤。计算结果表明,该平台的桩腿在冰激动载荷下的强度满足安全要求,冬季继续在冰区海域进行钻井作业是可行的。

Abstract:The digital model for interactive action between ice and jack-up platform was established using ANSYS software,and the dynamic analysis of jack-up platform was performed.A calculation process for the ultimate and fatigue strength assessment on jack-up under ice-induces dynamic loads was presented.The strength of legs of a jack-up drilling platform serviced in Bohai Sea is evaluated and the ice-induced fatigue damage of the platform leg under different ice parameter was determined.The calculation results show that the jack-up platform under dynamic ice loads is in safe condition and can perform drilling operation in winter ice zone.
