| 摘 要： | 马克思主义人的本质是自然性、实践性与社会历史性的统一。它们之间相互制约而又完整统一，共同构成人的本质的系统结构。而思想政治教育的目的、方法、原则、规律等都源于人的本质理论，这就决定思想政治教育工作者必须从人的本质属性出发进行思想政治教育，以增强思想政治教育的针对性、现实性和实效性。

| Abstract: | The human essence of Marxism is consensus of naturality,practicality and social historicity.They are conditioned each other and completely unified to form the system structure of the human essence together.Purpose,method,principle and law of ideological and political education are all drawn from the essential theory of human being,which decides the educators must do their work from quality of human essence to enhance its directivity,reality and actuality. |
