山茱萸多种外植体的愈伤组织培养和细胞学研究

本文以山茱萸20年生植株和4～5年生植株的新抽嫩枝的多种外植体为材料,研究了其愈伤组织的诱导、继代和细胞学观察.结果表明,山茱萸不论4～5年生还是20年生植株的多种外植体均易产生愈伤组织;从20年生植株的多种外植体诱导产生的愈伤组织出现了四种形态类型即白色粉末状、浅黄色糊状,白色夹红色粉状和淡绿色颗粒状愈伤组织.只有幼树的茎节的愈伤组织在连续转移培养过程中有不定芽的发生.

The Callus of many explants of Cornus officinalis Siebet Zun Culture and Callus Cyto Logical Studys

In this paper, we studied the induction and translocation culture of callus of many explants from 20 year's old and 4 or 5 year's tree of cornus officinalis. Then studied four type calluses cotological observation. The result showing that not only 4 or 5 year's old tree's explants, but also 20 year's old tree's explants induced callus easly. The callus come from 20 year's old tree's explants have four types, they are white powder, Light yellow paste, white with red Powder and light green pellet. Only the stem nodes from young tree can produce adventitious buds.
