含羞草黄酮类化合物的提取及表征

摘    要:采用正交实验优化微波辅助提取含羞草黄酮类化合物的实验条件,并对含羞草黄酮提取物进行分离、纯化与表征.结果表明:在微波功率450W、微波提取时间为4min、料液比为1∶50g.mL-1,所得含羞草总黄酮提取率平均值为8.660g.mL-1,实验重复性好;经理化常数测定和波谱解析,含羞草黄酮提取物为7,8,3′,4′-四羟基-6-C-α-L-鼠李糖-(1→2)]-β-D-葡糖黄酮碳苷,分子式为C27H30O15.

Abstract:The extraction conditions of mimosa flavonoids were optimized by orthogonal test experiment using microwave assisted extraction,the separation,purification and characterization of the flavonoids were also processed.Results showed that the optimal experimental conditions were the microwave power of 450 W,microwave extraction time of 4min,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶50g.mL-1,with the extraction yield of the mimosa flavonoids of 8.66mg.g-1.By spectra analysis and determination,the mimosa flavonoids extracted was 7,8,3′,4′hydroxy 6-Cα-L-a rhamnose(1→2)]-β-D-glucose carbon flavonoid glycosides,that is C27H30O15.
