| 摘 要： | 随着视频技术和红外成像技术在机械制造业中的广泛应用,一些应用场合优先利用计算机视觉技术,由计算机替代监控人员进行图像理解。文中简要介绍了机器视觉系统的基本组成,在已有的或设想的一些应用实例的基础上,详细分析了机器视觉技术在机械制造及其自动化中应用,重点阐述了在检测和测量方面的典型应用,并探讨了机器视觉广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | With the extensive application of the video frequency technique and infrared ray image technique to the machine manufacturing industry,it is prior to make use of computer vision in some situations,where image comprehension is acted by the computer instead of supervision personnel.The composition and working principle of the machine vision system are introduced briefly.Based on some examples,the application of machine vision to mechanical manufacturing and its automation is described,and the typical applications in the examination and measurement fields are introduced in detail. |
