硫酸改性粉煤灰对废水中直接大红4B染料的吸附研究

摘    要:研究了用硫酸对粉煤灰进行改性及改性后的产品对废水中直接大红4B染料的吸附因素.结果表明,影响硫酸改性粉煤灰的因素主次顺序为:硫酸用量,活化温度,硫酸浓度,活化时间等.改性的最佳条件为:20℃时,用4 mol/L的硫酸对粉煤灰进行活化,硫酸与粉煤灰的液固比为1,活化时间为1 h;改性粉煤灰对废水中的直接大红4B染料在pH为6~7、吸附剂与染料废水的固液比为30:1000时,吸附率可达98%,其吸附机理为化学吸附.研究结果还表明改性粉煤灰可用作含直接大红4B染料废水的吸附剂.

Abstract:The some factor was studied that the powder ash was changed by the sulfuric acid and the directly deep red 4 B dyestuff in waste water was adsorbed by changed power ash.The result indicated that the influencing factors of changed powder ash by sulfuric acid from a primary and secondary order were Sulfuric acid dosage,activate temperature,concentration of sulfuric acid,Activate time.The better condition of changing power ash was 20℃,4 mol/L concentration of sulfuric acid,activate time 1h,a sulfuric acid(mL) and powder ash dosage(g) ratio 1.The suit condition of adsorption of the directly deep red 4 B dyestuff in waste water by changed powder ash was the pH 6~7,powder ash dosage(g) and waste water ratio 30 g:1000 mL,rate of adsorbing 98%.Its absorbing mechanism was adsorption of the chemistry.The powder ash changed could de used to the sorbent of directly deep red 4B dyestuff in waste water.
